Visual Energy was responsible for the lighting Design of the entire scheme of 1 Hotel – Mayfair , which open in July 2023. From the lighting of the breath taking lobby, and the cosy yet airy 181 Rooms, 44 Suites and 1 Penthouse, to all of the Full front of House, Fine Dining Restaurant, Exclusive Bar, Lobby Café, MICE , Spa Gym, façade and courtyard. We started the project over 5 years ago and has been a labour of love for design and sustainability from being to end.
Our client enabled us to think and trusted us to find the best design and sustainable solutions for the lighting in every given area of the project.
The end result is one of simple beauty and elegance that enhances the natural surfaces whilst always providing the best 5 star sustainable hotel lighting solution, which is a part of the hotel’s DNA. The knowledge, tools and design methodology achieved from this project radically changes the lighting approach for future hotels and lighting projects both for ourselves and others.
